Enlitened partners with Student Minds

We’re very proud to announce that we have partnered with Student Minds – the UK’s student mental health charity. Students can now access Student Minds’ expert advice through the Enlitened app, along with enhanced support for their mental health, particularly useful at this uncertain time.

New in-app content authored by Student Minds

Now published in the Enlitened app are new articles authored by Student Minds. These articles include guidance on key topics, such as:

  • Mental health conditions
  • Stress strategies
  • Understanding procrastination
  • Distinguishing between the symptoms of mental illness and everyday negative emotions

Over the future weeks and months, we’ll also be publishing guidance from Student Minds on:

  • Body image and confidence
  • Dealing with grief, loss and trauma
  • Sexual consent
  • Sexual orientation and gender identity
  • Dealing with breakups and abusive relationships
  • Cyberbullying
